We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide services, or as required by Florida real estate record-keeping rules and other laws.

You can view and update your account details, saved searches and alert settings on your account page. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw your consent to calls and texts, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
